Tools

In all of our activities, we seek to facilitate collective knowledge creation and stimulate group dynamics. This means that all of our didactic instruments and formats are interactive and centre around the individual. For instance: we use our specifically designed logical framework methodology for organisational development workshops, and scenario-based exercises in our work on "the comprehensive approach".

Simulations

Central to our approach to simulation design is the in-house InterACT software. This web-based application enables the monitoring of communications between participants over one or more locations. As the simulation evolves, InterACT creates a dynamic and realistic atmosphere wherein diplomatic tensions, personal characteristics and professional insights weave together to deliver a valuable training experience. Moreover, InterACT allows the trainers to intercept and analyse all messages; a tool which in turn serves as the basis for the final debriefing, and for further research.
